Ishushu Woodfired Pizza runs wood-fired pizza trailers in the Helderberg, with a regular spot at Steynsrust Bridge on the corner of Irene and Old Stellenbosch Road in Somerset West. The menu centres on thin-base pizzas such as Tuscany, Ishushu Medley and Bacon Banana Rama, with build-your-own, gluten-free and banting bases, and the ovens also turn out burgers. The units are hired out for events of all sizes, recently including a golf tournament, a school concert and private parties in Cape Town, and pizzas can also be ordered through Mr D.
