About Die Ou Plaashuis
Die Ou Plaashuis is a mobile food trailer selling toasted jaffels and traditional moerkoffie, brewed the old way in a kettle over gas burners. Fillings include mince, bacon and egg, cheese, and ham, cheese and tomato, with corndogs and potato wedges on the side. The trailer trades at the Langenhoven Park market in Bloemfontein and travels to markets, shows and festivals around the Free State and further afield.
