Bite Me Catering runs the Bite Me Food Truck, serving Lebanese-style shawarmas with a South African flair around Port Elizabeth. The truck trades at the Crossways Village Market, the South African Air Force Museum market, school events, festivals and runs, and also serves breakfast and lunch at events. Café Turka serves Turkish food from a market stall, with lamb doner kebab as the speciality, served in a pita or wrap with fresh salad, hummus and Turkish garlic sauce. Turkish coffee and ayran, a cold salted yoghurt drink, are also on offer, and different Turkish treats are introduced each week. It trades at I Heart Market on the first Saturday of the month and Wonder Market on the last Sunday. Private catering and festivals are available.

GMW Spitbraai is a Durban catering business built around slow-cooked lamb on the spit, using its own gas-operated spit braais. It trades from a food truck at the Shongweni Farmers & Craft Market on Saturdays, selling lamb rolls and burgers, and also caters weddings, private and corporate functions. The cocktail lamb roll and burger come with salads such as potato and pasta salad. Spit braai hire is also offered.
