Jack Rabbit Mobile Kitchen is a black food trailer from Durbanville in Cape Town that serves gourmet burgers with branded buns, pulled pork rolls, cubanos, sliders, quesadillas and fries, with sauces made in-house. Most of its work is catering for weddings, corporate functions, birthdays and private parties, often on Winelands wine farms, and it also appears at public events such as Nights at Norval and Villiera's Fizzy Therapy.
