Holy Macaroni is a Cape Town mac 'n' cheese specialist with takeaway shops in Newlands and Sea Point and a mobile setup for events. It serves creamy macaroni and cheese with a choice of toppings, deep-fried mac 'n' cheese balls and mozzarella sticks, plus family-size portions that freeze well. The owners also run the Fork It food truck, which adds burgers, tacos, nachos and hot dogs to the mac 'n' cheese for private events. Both can be hired for birthdays, corporate lunches, weddings, festivals and other functions, with quotes on request.
