The Pizza Guy CPT

The Pizza Guy CPT is a family-run, strictly halaal mobile pizzeria in Cape Town. Every pizza is made on site with halaal-certified ingredients and stone baked in under two minutes in gas-fired ovens fitted into its food truck and trailers, which are self-sufficient and need no power from the venue. The menu runs from cheese and margherita pizzas to masala steak, creamy prawn and hot honey pepperoni, in up to three sizes, and sometimes adds beef and chicken shawarmas, burger pizzas and chips. There is also Nespresso coffee, dessert pizza and affogato. The team trades at festivals, markets and school sports days and caters private parties, weddings, birthdays, corporate functions and year-end events, from a trailer or from a free-standing gas oven where access is limited.
