About GMW Spitbraai
GMW Spitbraai is a Durban catering business built around slow-cooked lamb on the spit, using its own gas-operated spit braais. It trades from a food truck at the Shongweni Farmers & Craft Market on Saturdays, selling lamb rolls and burgers, and also caters weddings, private and corporate functions. The cocktail lamb roll and burger come with salads such as potato and pasta salad. Spit braai hire is also offered.
