About Ardi's Food Truck
Ardi's runs two food trucks and a coffee truck in Cape Town, styled on 70s surf movies with neon lights and surfboards on the roof. They are hired for festivals, corporate functions and private events. Food is made in-house, from the mayo to the falafel, and cooked on site. Choices include wagyu smash burgers, shawarma and falafel, with fresh churros on the side. The trucks run on solar power and gas, and packaging is biodegradable. Menus are tailored per event.
