About Die Wors-Rol
Die Wors-Rol is a Stellenbosch-based street food trailer run by chefs Beau du Toit and Craig Cormack. It serves gourmet boerewors rolls and hot dogs made with handcrafted sausages, and the team also cooks over open fire for larger catering jobs. The trailer works markets, festivals and sporting events across the Western Cape, and is available for hire at weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations, with menus tailored to each event.
