Le Oma Spitbraai Specialists is a Pinetown-based spit braai caterer serving Durban and travelling to venues anywhere in South Africa. The team brings smokeless, gas-fired stainless steel spits and cooks on site, indoors or outdoors. Lamb on the spit is the signature, with beef, chicken and ox also available, served with potatoes, carrots, salads and rolls. Set menus suit small groups from 25 guests up to large events, and spits can also be hired. Takeaway meals and salads are available for smaller gatherings.
