About Ultimit Spit Catering
Ultimit Spit Catering is a Roodepoort spit-braai caterer that cooks on site for weddings, birthdays, year-end functions, bachelor parties and corporate events. Menus centre on lamb, pork belly and beef roasted on the spit with baby potatoes, salads and garlic loaves, plus breakfasts, braai and potjie options and a coffee station. Serving stations, chafing dishes, cutlery and crockery are included, and travel fees depend on distance.
