Cophia Coffee Co is a fandom-themed mobile coffee business in Cape Town that runs two branded trailers, The Time Turner and The Tardis. It serves hot coffees, iced lattes, milkshakes and frappes, and on some weekends Quaffles, its loaded waffles. The Time Turner trades at Trucks Access Park in Kenilworth, and the team also pops up at markets and festivals, such as Sheeca's markets in Athlone, the Social Souk night market in Wetton and the Young at Heart Festival at Youngsfield. Orders for collection can be placed on WhatsApp, and the trailers are available for private and corporate events.

Crumbs & Cream makes ice-cream sandwiches from freshly baked cookies and gelato made in store, with vegan cookie and sorbet options. Customers pick two cookies, a gelato flavour and toppings, and the menu also has gelato scoops and tubs, milkshakes, ice-cream cakes, crepes and coffee. In Cape Town they trade from shops in Sea Point, Woodstock and the Watershed at the V&A Waterfront, with further stores in Stellenbosch and Illovo, Johannesburg. For corporate and private events they hire out an ice cream cart that serves made-to-order sandwiches, cones and cups, and they also supply ready-made ice-cream sandwiches.

Doxa Donuts serves gourmet mini donuts from a black food trailer at The Pearls of Umhlanga, with other outlets at Florida Road in Durban and Westown Square in Shongweni. Everyday We Waffling

Everyday We Waffling is a Cape Town dessert business with stores in Strandfontein and Grassy Park and a food trailer that trades at markets and food truck venues. The trailer serves waffles, waffle bite boxes with ice cream, brownie bites, milkshakes, falooda and fizzy drinks. It has traded at Food Truck Valley sites and the Bayhill football tournament, and in September and October 2026 it was on the Thursday to Sunday line-ups at Trucks Access Park in Kenilworth. Flossy & Frosé is a pink and gold gourmet candy floss cart for weddings, corporate functions and other events in Cape Town. Floss is hand-spun at the event in flavours such as raspberry and rose, crème brûlée, nougat, yuzu, pear and litchi, topped with freeze-dried fruit, edible flowers and sparkle. Guests can have it on its own or paired with MCC or a cocktail. It is a sister brand of Las Paletas.
