About The Wicked Waffle
The Wicked Waffle makes traditional Belgian waffles, mainly the light Brussels waffle and the denser sugar waffle, served warm with toppings such as fresh fruit, cream, ice cream and chocolate sauce. The Cape Town unit trades on Friday evenings at the Boschendal Friday Night Market near Franschhoek and at the Chilled Market at The Range in Tokai, plus selected other markets. The truck can be hired as a dessert station for weddings, birthdays, corporate functions and private events. The business says it is halaal certified and kosher, and it also supplies waffles wholesale to restaurants and caterers.
