About Didi's Mexican
Didi's Mexican started out as Didi's Bitchin Burritos, a Mexican food truck in Cape Town, and now runs a retro VW Kombi truck called Rosie alongside takeaway stores in Plumstead, Newlands and the Foreshore. The truck is booked for private functions only, such as birthday parties, weddings, corporate events and film shoots, with custom menus and pinatas on request. Food includes burritos, street-style tacos, toasted quesadillas, baked enchiladas, nachos, burrito bowls and churros, with chicken, beef, hake and vegetarian or vegan fillings. Their catering arm also offers canapes, taco grazing tables and dessert bars.
