Ember and Ash, formerly known as Eat Braai Like, is a wood-fired food truck in Cape Town that trades from Sunningdale Car Wash & Detailing on Waterville Street, Sunningdale. Its grill turns out braai food such as ribs, chicken, lamb, boerewors rolls and cheese grillers, as well as breakfasts, slow-roasted meats, tacos and canapes. The truck caters weddings, birthdays, office parties, year-end functions and film shoots for 30 to 650 guests, and bookings are essential.
