About Kalahari Spitbraai & Catering
Kalahari Spitbraai & Catering is a family-run spit-braai caterer based in Kraaifontein, serving the northern suburbs and the wider Western Cape. They roast lamb on the spit at your venue and offer set packages with salads, potatoes and garlic bread, as well as traditional braai meals, snoek braai, platters and harvest tables. They cater for birthdays, weddings, corporate functions, year-end functions and team builds, and also offer a drop-and-collect option for customers who supply their own spit meat.

Snoek basted with apricot jam, lemon juice, butter and garlic sauce, served with Ouma bread, butter and jam and a Greek salad.

Variety of cheeses, bread, crackers and spreads, cold meats, olives and seasonal fresh fruit.
Lasagne
Homemade beef lasagne (single portion) with Greek salad, roll, butter, jam and cheese.
