About Pizza Shed
Pizza Shed is a Cape Town pizzeria making Neapolitan-style 'canotto' pizza, with a puffy, airy crust from dough fermented for 72 hours and baked in a wood-fired oven. The menu runs from a margherita to toppings such as nduja, prosciutto, guanciale, mortadella with pistachio, and burrata, plus a few starters and desserts. Its restaurants are on Bree Street in the city centre, Main Road in St James and Main Road in Newlands. Under the 'Pizza Shed On The Move' name, the team also brings a mobile setup to weddings, private parties, corporate functions and festivals, making pizzas on site.
