About The Board Bar
The Board Bar is a charcuterie cart run by That Food Truck Company, the Cape Town team behind Truck Norris. The white cart with a pine top, signed The Charcuterie Cart Co., is set up at the client's venue with cured meats, cheeses, crackers, pickles and other snacks laid out in steel trays along its top. It is offered for weddings, private functions and children's parties, and the company also lists cheese, dessert and fruit boards. There are no public trading days; bookings go through That Food Truck Company.
