About Truck Norris
Truck Norris is a yellow burger trailer from Cape Town, run by the team behind That Food Truck Company. The menu is built around free-range beef burgers on toasted brioche buns, a crumbed chicken burger, triple-fried chips, sweet potato fries, onion rings, milkshakes and desserts, with breakfast rolls, bagels, prego rolls and hot dogs offered for catering. The truck works festivals, sports events and private and corporate functions, is a regular on film and TV sets, and has served at events such as the Cape Epic, the Cape Town Sevens and the Black Coffee Weekender.
